The questions we're asked most. If yours isn't here, put it in the message box above.
What happens in the 30-minute walkthrough?
You tell us the one workflow that costs you the most time. We show you — live — how it would run as governed AI agents: the limits they can't cross, the human sign-off points, the audit trail, and the kill switch. You leave knowing whether it's a fit. No slides, no obligation.
What are Phase 0, 1 and 2?
Phase 0 is a paid readiness diagnostic — 1–2 weeks, one workflow, and you receive a costed plan. Phase 1 is a governed pilot: we build that workflow as supervised agents, running alongside your current process. Phase 2 is scale, at your pace. You approve each phase before the next — you never commit to the whole thing up front.
What do we need to provide for the diagnostic?
Very little. A working session with whoever runs the workflow, sight of representative documents or steps, and a look at how it's done today. We work from samples and process — not your live sensitive data.
Will our data be safe?
Yes, and it's designed in from the start. The diagnostic uses samples, not live data. When we build, agents run inside limits you set; sensitive data is stripped or masked before processing; nothing is sent or committed without a person authorising it; every action is written to a private audit log you hold. And there's a kill switch — anything behaving wrongly stops in under a second. Your data is never handed to a black box.
What does it cost?
Staged, so you're never exposed. The readiness diagnostic is fixed from S$4,800. The pilot is scoped and confirmed in that diagnostic. Ongoing operation — platform, oversight and support included — from S$3,500/month.
Is the Visioneer platform an extra cost?
No — it's bundled. The monthly figure includes the Visioneer governance platform, oversight and support. You're buying a governed outcome, not shopping for software.
Is this grant-supportable?
Often yes — typically via the Enterprise Development Grant (up to 50% of qualifying costs for eligible SMEs). We structure the project and guide the submission; you don't decode the scheme yourself. Eligibility is confirmed in the diagnostic, and the case stands with or without it.
What if the AI makes a mistake?
Two safeguards. Anything that matters waits for a human to sign off before it commits — the AI drafts, a person approves. And everything is logged, so you can see exactly what happened and why. It assists; it does not act unsupervised on anything that counts.
Which workflows do you start with?
Usually the highest-volume, most repetitive one — for conveyancing that's typically matter intake, title and requisition work, and standard document preparation. We confirm the best starting point in the diagnostic.
